Description:
Al Haramain Perfumes is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Retail Operations Assistant to support its retail operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, reports, documentation, and operational processes while contributing to the smooth functioning of multiple showroom locations.
The successful candidate will assist with sales reporting, operational coordination, document management, and business support activities. Working closely with showroom teams and senior management, the Retail Operations Assistant will help maintain accurate records, monitor key operational metrics, and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day retail operations across multiple showroom locations
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and operational dashboards
• Review and reconcile showroom sales reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Assist with sales performance monitoring, trend analysis, and management reporting
• Coordinate with showroom teams regarding operational updates, stock-related matters, documentation, and sales performance
• Verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents according to company procedures
• Maintain and update operational records, lease agreements, contracts, renewals, and related documentation
• Monitor lease expiration dates and documentation deadlines while maintaining accurate Excel records
• Assist in gathering and organizing information related to new product launches from relevant departments
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Retail Operations team and senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred in retail operations, administration, or accounting support
• Fresh graduates with strong academic records and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience with retail management systems will be considered an advantage
Strong knowledge of:
• MS Excel, reporting, data management, and operational dashboards
• Sales reporting, invoice verification, billing processes, and document control
• Lease administration, contract tracking, and documentation management practices
