Description:
Novel Hotel City Center – Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reservation & Revenue Executive to join its hospitality team. This role plays an important part in managing reservations operations while supporting revenue optimization strategies to maximize hotel performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hotel reservation systems and a solid understanding of revenue management practices within a competitive hospitality environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily hotel reservations and ensure all bookings are accurately processed across multiple channels
• Monitor room inventory, availability, and rate parity across OTAs, direct bookings, and other distribution platforms
• Support the development and execution of revenue strategies aimed at increasing occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR)
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand fluctuations to support pricing decisions
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to reservations and revenue performance
• Coordinate closely with Front Office and Sales teams to maximize room sales and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align business strategies with revenue goals
• Handle guest inquiries, booking changes, and cancellations in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure full compliance with hotel policies, standards, and brand guidelines
🎯 Requirements:
• Prior experience in Reservations and/or Revenue Management within a hotel environment
• Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems), CRS (Central Reservation Systems), and OTA platforms
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of revenue management principles will be considered an advantage
