Description:
NeoPay is growing its Sales team and is seeking experienced Relationship Managers to join its operations in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in merchant acquiring and payment solutions who are passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the merchant network, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced and evolving payments environment while contributing directly to the company’s commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new merchants to expand the client portfolio.
• Pursue and convert sales opportunities across various business sectors.
• Manage merchant onboarding and activation processes to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand business needs and strengthen partnerships.
• Monitor merchant performance, transaction volumes, and revenue generation metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support merchant growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in merchant acquiring and payment solutions sales.
• Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and service-sector payment environments.
• Excellent relationship management and business development skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• UAE acquiring and banking experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
