Description:
Snowland Cooling Systems LLC is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Refrigeration Technician to join its expanding operations team in Dubai. The company is looking for a technically capable professional with hands-on experience in cold room systems, refrigeration maintenance, and troubleshooting.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have practical knowledge of refrigeration equipment and are capable of handling installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, and repair work efficiently. The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of refrigeration and cooling systems.
Candidates with previous UAE experience and strong technical problem-solving abilities will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and service cold rooms and refrigeration systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently
• Provide breakdown support and attend service calls when required
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in refrigeration equipment
• Conduct refrigerant charging, leak testing, and system inspections
• Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems
• Ensure refrigeration systems maintain optimal cooling performance
• Follow safety standards and technical procedures during installation and repair work
• Maintain accurate service reports and technical documentation
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the cold room or refrigeration industry
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration system installation and maintenance
• Familiarity with compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems
• Good troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills
• Experience with refrigerant charging and leak testing procedures
• UAE experience will be considered an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage technical tasks effectively
• Good communication and teamwork skills
