We are looking for a hands-on Recruitment Officer to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on sourcing and placing both blue-collar and white-collar workers for the construction/contracting sector, and is ideal for someone who understands the UAE labor market and can move quickly to fill urgent vacancies.
About the Role:
You will handle end-to-end recruitment activities for on-site and office-based roles within construction and contracting projects. The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, fast turnaround on hiring requests, and careful attention to compliance and documentation. Immediate availability is preferred and the ability to communicate in Hindi and Urdu is an advantage.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven recruitment experience hiring blue-collar and white-collar talent within the UAE construction/contracting industry.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Immediate availability to respond to urgent hiring needs and project timelines.
- Established candidate pipelines and networks across multiple job levels and trades.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with candidates, supervisors and external partners.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS (applicant tracking systems) for sourcing and shortlisting.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and record-keeping practices.
- Language skills: Preferably able to speak Hindi and Urdu.
