Consilio LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Assistant to support its recruiting department and staffing operations across the United States. This role plays a key part in assisting recruitment teams with administrative coordination, candidate sourcing support, and hiring process management within a fast-paced professional environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, maintaining applicant records, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the smooth execution of staffing operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering recruitment services and staffing support for open positions

• Maintain and update candidate databases, applicant records, and hiring documentation

• Coordinate interview schedules, reporting timelines, and onboarding processes

• Support recruiters with candidate screening, reference checks, and due diligence

• Assist in maintaining recruitment reports, tracking hiring progress, and forecasting activity

• Enter requisition and candidate information accurately into internal systems

• Support external hiring, internal transfers, and contract staffing processes

• Conduct background checks, reference verification, and document validation

• Provide administrative support for recruitment operations and special projects

• Ensure confidentiality of all applicant and employee information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant professional office experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
