Description:
We are looking for an experienced agency and company in-house Recruiter to join our HR team. You will be based in our Dubai office, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across the Company.
Partnering with business leaders and HR team to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy. Managing time and resources effectively and keeping the business leaders up to speed on a regular basis. Conducting thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screening to assess both technical as well as other skills to be successful for the job. To assess personality, technical and Knowledge criteria for detail filtering. Expert in managing job portals. Effectively track candidate flow and prepare recruiting reports. Take ownership of the administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, and all candidate communication. Provide meaningful and effective recruitment updates to the management and HR team. Evaluates recruiting and interviewing processes to assess success rates and make process improvements.
