SLS Production is seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist & Document Controller to join its expanding team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment while providing excellent front-desk support and maintaining accurate company documentation.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily office operations by welcoming visitors, handling communications, organizing records, and supporting administrative activities. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization serving projects across the UAE and GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and email inquiries.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and office communications.
• Maintain well-organized company records, documents, and filing systems.
• Ensure document control procedures are followed, including proper version management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate document submissions, approvals, and record updates.
• Provide administrative and HR support with daily office operations.
• Monitor office supplies and keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, or document control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Previous UAE work experience is preferred.
