Description:
We are recruiting four motivated Quantity Surveyors to join our interior fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have hands-on UAE experience, strong technical skills for quantity takeoffs, and the ability to support cost estimating and procurement coordination for fit-out projects. This is a practical role that involves close collaboration with site and procurement teams to deliver accurate bills of quantities and manage variations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare precise quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates and variation claims.
- Use PlanSwift and AutoCAD to extract measurements and verify quantities.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams to reconcile materials, deliveries and costs.
- Maintain accurate records of measurements, unit rates and material specifications.
- Support cost control activities and report discrepancies or potential variations to senior QS/management.
Requirements:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years’ UAE experience in quantity surveying within interior fit-out or related sectors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in PlanSwift and AutoCAD for quantity takeoff.
- Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes and measurement conventions is an advantage.
