Hiring Engineering Coordinator

Experience:

• Preferably with discipline engineer experience in the past (to be technically sound), before being as a project engineer or engineering coordinator role
• Ensure interface management, alignment and coordination between the different groups/disciplines involved in the project
• Ensure all engineering deliverables are submitted in quality and in a timely manner on the assigned projects
• Active support in preparation of project execution strategy, organization and planning of resources, engineering deliverable list, execution schedule, technical input and man hour estimates for project proposals
• Coordinate the preparation of the overall engineering deliverable list
• Ensure coordination and alignment between the different groups/disciplines involved
• Coordinate the preparation and ensure quality, internal approval and Client approval of engineering deliverables
• Manage the interface between Client design team and engineering and design team
• Manage internal interfaces with Project Managers, Lead Engineers on the assigned projects
• Experience in interdisciplinary coordination of process driven projects (early execution stages)
• Good knowledge of minimum two disciplines.
• Good understanding of oil and gas processing units.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in oil and gas projects having minimum two projects with engineering coordination/project engineering role
