Airlink International UAE is expanding its operations team and seeking a Quality Controller to ensure the highest standards in operations, logistics, and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive QC experience, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Control team, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards across material handling, packaging, and dispatch processes.
- Oversee logistics related to QC activities, ensuring timely availability of resources and smooth operational flow.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit detailed QC reports to management for review and decision-making.
