We are currently hiring a driven and ambitious Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals who are eager to advance their sales career within Dubai’s fast-moving and competitive property market.
As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting clients with the right properties while managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through to successful closing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert qualified and company-provided leads into successful property sales
• Conduct property viewings and establish strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Negotiate terms and manage transactions from first contact to final handover
• Advise clients on suitable residential or commercial property options
• Stay informed about current Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
Candidate Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in UAE residential or commercial real estate sales
• Own visa or family visa is preferred
• UAE driving license is an added advantage
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and professional in approach
• Strong understanding of Dubai property laws and market dynamics
• RERA certification or a valid broker license is a plus
