Responsibilities:

- Should have a solid knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in the UAE.
- Communication skills and building solid relationships.

- Create and manage real estate listings for sale.
- Assessing customers’ desires and economic capabilities to discover suitable proposals.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, prices, specifications, and property availability.
- Help sellers in the best way to promote the property to attract advantageous offers.
- Qualifications:
- At least 6 months to 2 years’ experience in a real estate company in Dubai.
- Good speaking and fluency in English is required.
- Candidate who speaks Arabic//Russian/Chinese is an added advantage.
- Holds a valid driving license in the United Arab Emirates •
- Graduated salary and commission structure of up to 80% dependent on experience for top performers.
(This job is an incentive salary structure and graded commissions from 35% to 80% depending on the experience of top performers)
