Cisco is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager – Asset Recovery to join our team remotely. This role will be responsible for achieving regional operational performance and KPI goals, driving the execution of global initiatives, and managing partner relationships. The ideal candidate will lead the asset recovery team, oversee return issue management, optimize business processes, ensure quality assurance, maintain process documentation, and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve regional operational performance and KPI targets by implementing global initiatives and managing partner relationships across delivery, sales, and CX.
  • Review regional processes, work instructions, and quality assurance programs; monitor operational and vendor performance.
  • Support customer issue management and vendor AR support while ensuring quality calibration.
  • Lead the asset recovery team with strategic planning, design, and implementation of business objectives.
  • Supervise return issue management and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Manage improvement plans to optimize business processes, influencing all management levels to enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.
  • Identify and drive new strategic business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with current business directives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple cultures and teams, including sales, management, and executive levels.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams, direct customers, channel partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Prior management or leadership experience of a small team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Logistics or Project Management certifications.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes.
