Description:
Robustrade is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to support its expanding EPC, industrial, infrastructure, and factory installation projects in Dubai. The position will focus on sourcing technical and industrial materials while ensuring suppliers meet project requirements and commercial expectations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor development, supplier management, import and export coordination, and techno-commercial evaluation. Familiarity with MEP, mechanical procurement, industrial equipment, construction materials, and project-based procurement will be highly valuable.
Candidates with UAE or GCC project experience, an engineering background, and knowledge of ERP or SAP systems are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement activities for EPC, industrial, infrastructure, and factory installation projects.
• Source technical equipment, construction materials, and industrial products from suitable suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate import and export procurement activities and related requirements.
• Evaluate suppliers from both technical and commercial perspectives.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Support procurement requirements related to MEP and mechanical projects.
Requirements:
• Experience in technical and industrial procurement.
• Strong background in vendor development and supplier management.
• Experience with EPC, construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of MEP and mechanical procurement processes.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and construction materials.
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferred.
• GCC/UAE project experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Techno-commercial evaluation and supplier negotiations.
• Import/export coordination and procurement processes.
• Industrial and construction material sourcing.
