Description:
Al Ghurair Exchange is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to join its Finance Department at the Head Office. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong experience in procurement operations, vendor management, and contract administration, and who can contribute to operational excellence within a leading financial services organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities in line with company policies and budget requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Handle contract management, SLAs, renewals, and ensure proper documentation.
• Oversee lease administration for branches and office premises.
• Ensure cost efficiency through competitive sourcing and detailed cost analysis.
• Manage asset procurement, inventory control, and AMC/renewal processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or vendor administration.
• Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle and vendor management.
• Experience in negotiation and SLA management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems (ERP knowledge is an advantage).
• Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and risk management practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
