Description:

A growing organization in Dubai is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join its team. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience working with the UAE local market and possess strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, products, and services while ensuring cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery. The role requires close coordination with suppliers and internal departments to support smooth procurement operations and maintain high standards of efficiency.

Candidates with proven local sourcing experience and established supplier networks within the UAE will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, products, and services from local suppliers

• Obtain and evaluate quotations to ensure competitive pricing and value

• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors

• Coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement requirements on time

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers

• Monitor vendor performance and recommend improvements when necessary

• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and purchasing records

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably within the UAE market

• Strong understanding of local suppliers and vendor networks

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement activities

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Experience in supplier relationship management and purchasing processes
