Description:
An urgent opportunity is available for an experienced Planning Manager to join a leading infrastructure project team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning and scheduling large-scale roads and infrastructure projects, with a strong background working on the contractor side.
The selected professional will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, preparing reports, performing delay analysis, and supporting the successful delivery of major infrastructure and RTA projects using industry-standard planning tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project planning and scheduling activities.
• Prepare and maintain baseline project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular planning reports.
• Perform schedule updates, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Support the successful delivery of roads and infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
• Minimum 15+ years of planning experience.
• Strong experience in Roads and Infrastructure projects within the United Arab Emirates.
• Contractor-side experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience preparing baseline schedules, schedule updates, delay analysis, and recovery programmes.
• Strong knowledge of:

• UAE experience on major infrastructure and RTA projects is highly preferred.
