Description:
One of the leading companies in Dubai is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. This position is ideal for a professional who has experience assisting senior executives and is capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the CEO by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role requires exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO when required
• Prepare meeting documents, reports, and presentations to support executive-level discussions
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and workflow
• Maintain organized records, documents, and important information related to executive activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred
• 3 to 7 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
• Demonstrated experience performing similar responsibilities in a corporate environment
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask efficiently while managing confidential and sensitive information
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace tools
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling executive matters
• Candidates must currently be located in the UAE
