- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering
phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
- Coordinating and managing appointments,
meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate
- Maintaining general office files related to
the company’s operations.
- Purchasing office supplies.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
- With at least 2 years of experience in Administrative role or any related field
- Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized.
