Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Paid Media Manager to own and optimize performance marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, awareness, and customer acquisition. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to build full-funnel campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and relevant channels.
- Manage budgets, bidding and pacing to maximize ROI and meet target KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate actionable insights and produce regular reports for stakeholders.
- Execute A/B tests for creatives, audiences and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design and analytics teams to align creative and messaging with performance goals.
- Stay current on platform updates and industry trends to keep campaigns effective and innovative.
- Coordinate with external partners (agencies or contractors) when needed to support execution.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably B2C or education-related.
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with performance reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting and conversion tracking.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable working remotely while juggling multiple campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in the K–12 / education space.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.
- Working knowledge of SEO and organic marketing best practices.
