Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with existing customers and uncovering upsell opportunities
- Becoming an expert in the company’s products and services to educate customers on solutions that can elevate their online operations
- Delivering tailored solutions to address each customer’s unique business needs and challenges
- Connecting effectively with customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups to ensure engagement
