The organization is currently seeking an experienced Organic Search Manager to lead and execute advanced SEO and GEO strategies. This role focuses on improving organic visibility across search engines while also ensuring strong brand authority within AI-generated search results and large language model (LLM) platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality organic traffic, improving search rankings, and positioning the brand as a trusted authority in both traditional and AI-powered search ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a full-funnel keyword strategy targeting high-intent, head terms, and question-based search queries

• Monitor keyword performance and implement on-page SEO optimizations to achieve top search rankings

• Conduct competitive keyword analysis to identify opportunities and improve market share

• Design and implement strategies to strengthen brand visibility in AI-generated search results and LLM-based platforms

• Optimize website architecture to improve content selection in generative search responses

• Utilize AI personas to simulate user journeys and improve content perception across AI models

• Manage technical SEO including site structure, redirects, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals optimization

• Implement structured data and Schema Markup to improve search engine and AI crawler understanding

• Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-optimized content strategies

• Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures

• Track and report SEO and GEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, and Conductor

• Deliver monthly performance reports including Share of Voice, conversions, and ROI analysis

• Act as a bridge between marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across digital initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in organic search and SEO strategy

• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS or IT security industries

• Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, and inbound marketing strategies

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, GA4, and SEO tools

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance

• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital environment
