An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing daily operations, improving business processes, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, controlling costs, managing supply chain activities, and implementing effective performance management strategies. You will also collaborate with multiple departments to ensure business objectives are achieved while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to enhance productivity and overall performance.
• Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and improve cost efficiency.
• Supervise supply chain operations, inventory management, and resource planning.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical, long-term solutions.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
• Prepare, review, and analyze operational reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in operations management and process optimization.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
• Background in budget management, cost control, and resource planning.
• Experience in supply chain operations and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of:
