Description:

Ramee Group of Hotels is urgently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join its hotel operations team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage daily hotel operations while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

The selected candidate will oversee multiple hotel departments, ensure smooth operational performance, improve guest satisfaction, and support the property’s overall business objectives. This role requires excellent operational planning, team leadership, and a commitment to maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments.

• Ensure exceptional guest service standards and professionally resolve escalated guest concerns.

• Develop operational goals, manage departmental budgets, and control operating costs to improve profitability.

• Supervise staff performance, prepare work schedules, provide coaching, and promote an efficient working environment.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and corporate operational standards.

Requirements:

• Solid leadership experience in hotel operations or senior hospitality management.

• Strong understanding of hotel management practices, guest services, and operational budget management.

• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, team management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:
