GHX is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our Solutions Delivery team. This pivotal role focuses on analyzing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions, and implementing improvements that enhance productivity and drive revenue. Using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Plan-Do-Check-Act, or Business Process Management, the Operations Analyst will generate innovative solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current operational workflows to identify areas for optimization and implement solutions that drive efficiency.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze data using advanced analytical tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor progress.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations, communicating insights and recommendations effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze trends to forecast operational needs.
- Develop and implement operational policies, serving as a subject matter expert in launching new products.
- Lead project management activities including planning, execution, and monitoring of process improvements.
- Oversee financial analysis to justify operational enhancements and improvements.
- Stay informed on trends in healthcare technology to implement best practices for GHX.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in business operations or leadership roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, SQL, report writing software, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in driving cost reduction or revenue growth in operational projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% annually.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA or Operations Analysis) or equivalent experience.
- Experience deploying AI technology for process efficiency.
- Experience in training staff and software application onboarding.
- Ability to configure reporting tools for real-time KPI monitoring.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Program Management, or Portfolio Management.
