Description:
We are currently looking to hire an Onboarding Coordinator – HR Operations to support day-to-day people operations for an organization based in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on managing onboarding activities, employee coordination, and administrative HR services to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
Job Purpose:
The Coordinator – People Operations will be responsible for supporting HR operational processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring effective coordination between employees, internal departments, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities, including documentation collection, offer letter preparation, and employee induction processes
• Coordinate employee-related services such as family visa processing, issuance of employment letters, and HR confirmations
• Act as the main point of coordination between employees, clients, PROs, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems as well as physical files
• Support daily HR operational activities while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Assist employees by responding to HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or an equivalent qualification
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or people operations
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR systems
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of confidentiality
