Amir Al Guhair is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to support daily operations at their Dubai office. This opportunity is open exclusively to female candidates who are currently residing in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that office processes run efficiently while providing administrative and coordination support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily office activities to maintain an organized and efficient working environment

• Coordinate internal meetings, appointments, and schedules to ensure smooth communication flow

• Handle documentation, record-keeping, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality

• Provide coordination support to various departments, ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks

• Monitor office supply levels and coordinate with vendors for procurement when necessary

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or similar support role

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is beneficial)

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and office management tools

• Must be currently based in Dubai
