Native Ads Media Buyer
Prosana, a rapidly growing DTC skincare brand, is seeking an experienced Native Ads Media Buyer to lead and scale Taboola & Outbrain campaigns as primary acquisition channels. This role focuses on high-spend funnel strategy, ROI-driven growth, and full ownership of native advertising operations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Take full ownership of native advertising strategy and execution.
· Run Taboola & Outbrain campaigns at scale, managing budgets to achieve aggressive growth targets.
· Design, test, and optimize funnel structures including advertorials, quizzes, pre-sell pages, VSLs, and upsells/downsells.
· Identify bottlenecks in funnels and collaborate with CRO and copy teams to address issues quickly.
· Direct copywriters and designers to create effective funnel content.
· Utilize tracking tools like Voluum, Redtrack, or Binom to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
· Scale campaigns while maintaining profitability through disciplined testing and iteration.

Requirements:
· Proven track record scaling $500k+/month on Taboola & Outbrain.
· Strong understanding of direct response marketing and funnel psychology.
· Experience with tracking and analytics tools (Voluum, Redtrack, Binom, or similar).
· Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability.
· Data-driven decision-maker focused on ROI and campaign scalability.
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in media buying with measurable results.
· Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.
