A new Seafood, Mediterranean, and Iraqi restaurant is preparing to launch in Dubai and is seeking talented hospitality professionals to join its opening team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and contributing to the success of a new restaurant concept.
The restaurant is recruiting for both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) positions. Candidates with proven experience in Seafood, Mediterranean, and Iraqi cuisine will be highly valued. The successful applicants will play a key role in establishing high standards of food quality, guest service, and operational excellence from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service and operational support within assigned roles
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
• Follow restaurant policies, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards

• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
• Previous experience in Seafood, Mediterranean, and Iraqi cuisine is highly preferred

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach
