Description:

Anuvu is seeking a Metadata Specialist to support its airline metadata operations team across global customer accounts. This role plays an important part in managing airline content metadata, maintaining quality standards, tracking project milestones, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of content solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with data management, content systems, or similar processes and should be comfortable collaborating with global teams across different time zones. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify issues, improve processes, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the content lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for airline metadata across OEM systems, supporting the metadata team and Service Manager.

• Facilitate regular meetings and status updates with the Metadata Team and account stakeholders.

• Create and maintain process documentation, including airline-specific system details, client preferences, and operational requirements.

• Develop and manage quality control checklists to ensure metadata accuracy and compliance before final approval.

• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement solutions to reduce errors and improve efficiency.

• Manage high-priority metadata updates, including safety videos, PRAMs, advertisements, and airline marketing content.

• Ensure timely execution of content updates throughout each delivery cycle.

• Investigate and resolve issues identified in OEM rack test reports by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

• Track project milestones, maintain deadline calendars, provide progress updates, and highlight potential delays.

• Support file tracking, issue reporting, missing file resolution, and required metadata updates.

• Maintain error logs, ensure corrections are completed, and conduct root cause analysis for metadata issues.

• Prepare incident reports and support team training on systems and processes.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of data-entry, CMS experience, or similar applicable data experience preferred.

• Inflight industry experience is an added advantage but not essential.

• Ability to work with global regions, cultures, and different time zones.

• Ability to take initiative and contribute to long-term operational improvements.

• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Strong knowledge of:

• Data management and metadata processes.

• Content management systems (CMS).

• Quality control procedures and documentation.

• Issue tracking, resolution processes, and process improvement.
