Description:

Chromatic is hiring a detail-oriented and technically skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join its fully remote Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role focuses on maintaining CRM accuracy, improving HubSpot systems, and supporting scalable revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, process-driven, and comfortable working across complex CRM systems and integrations. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, improving automation workflows, and enabling efficient revenue operations through well-structured systems and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot & Deal Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal records throughout the sales pipeline

• Ensure all required deal fields are properly completed and standardized

• Identify and resolve missing, duplicate, or incorrect CRM data

• Monitor pipeline health and report inconsistencies or urgent issues to GTM leadership

CRM & GTM Support:

• Maintain clean and reliable contact, company, and account data for accurate reporting

• Support troubleshooting of HubSpot issues including permissions, workflows, and automations

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and lists for GTM stakeholders

• Assist teams in improving CRM usability and reporting accuracy

Systems & Technical Ownership:

• Manage data flow between HubSpot and integrated systems such as enrichment tools and billing platforms

• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and automation issues beyond the CRM interface

• Design and maintain HubSpot workflows with clear logic and error handling

• Partner with RevOps leadership on system architecture and data model improvements

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work

Contract & Documentation Management:

• Store signed contracts in designated systems using proper naming conventions

• Ensure contract details are accurately reflected across all platforms

• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for complete documentation compliance

Operational Support:

• Document processes, SOPs, and updates across GTM and RevOps workflows

• Support CRM implementations, system updates, and automation improvements

• Assist in testing and QA for CRM changes, workflows, and integrations

• Contribute to improving operational efficiency across teams

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or CRM administration

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (mandatory)

• Deep understanding of CRM data structures, including objects, properties, and relationships

• Experience building and troubleshooting HubSpot workflows and automations

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and documentation systems

• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for automation and system support

• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated

• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and improve systems continuously
