The company is currently seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Admin to support its buying and merchandising teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate product data management, smooth purchase order processing, and timely execution of promotional activities across multiple retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support buying teams by creating product items and purchase orders
• Review, correct, and maintain accurate product and inventory data
• Manage product data uploads, transfers, and system inputs
• Ensure timely execution of seasonal promotions and pricing updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to respond to urgent merchandising requests
• Provide updates, escalate issues, and support cross-functional coordination
• Assist Omni-Buying and merchandising teams with troubleshooting and execution support
• Work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Maintain accuracy in all merchandising and administrative processes
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred experience in retail, customer service, or merchandising
