Hiring – Medicare Compliance Analyst II
MyPlanAdvocate is seeking a detail-oriented Medicare Compliance Analyst II to join our mission-driven team. This remote role is focused on ensuring adherence to CMS Medicare Marketing Rules and supporting Medicare beneficiaries through accurate compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge of CMS Medicare Marketing Rules and Medicare brokerage processes.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, questions, or complaints from internal teams, customers, or carriers.
  • Conduct internal audits and monitoring to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and code of conduct.
  • Generate, review, update, and file marketing materials in HPMS.
  • Initiate and remediate corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Maintain internal tracking systems for compliance activities, including complaints and investigation outcomes.
  • Conduct agent coaching and training to ensure proper compliance adherence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong background in Medicare, health insurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven expertise in CMS Medicare Marketing Rules and Medicare brokerage.
  • Skilled in investigating, resolving, and auditing compliance issues.
  • Proficiency with HPMS, corrective action plans, and compliance tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for agent training and coaching.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
