RPA Business Analyst required

Job Description:

• Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles, and self-service guidance for RPA & application development Projects.
• Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts.
• Facilitate the generation of process workflow/process ID card documents in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
• Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels.
• Conduct weekly review meetings with Business stakeholders to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
• Identify issues and risks and document the same as part of the Process ID Card/Process Definition Document/Business Requirement Document.
• Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
• Conduct a ‘Discovery Workshop’ meeting with the Business.
• Track all project-related activities using JIRA and ensure adherence to the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas.
