Remote Medical Scheduler – United States
CareStream Advisory Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Medical Scheduler to coordinate patient appointments for imaging services. This position provides a critical first point of contact for patients and contributes to the smooth operation of a network of imaging centers. While this role is remote, candidates should be able to work onsite if required.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently for imaging services.
- Provide friendly, professional, and patient-centered customer service.
- Support patient care by maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks.
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, instructions, and services.
- Assist in coordinating with imaging centers to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Qualifications:
