Key Responsibilities:

• Process medical record requests accurately and in a timely manner.

• Handle a high volume of incoming requests in a fast-paced environment.

• Answer customer calls (approximately 30–40 per day) related to medical record inquiries.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient information (PHI).

• Monitor and manage incoming requests from multiple channels.

• Maintain turnaround time of 24–48 hours for assigned accounts.

• Assist with overflow processing during peak workload periods.

• Provide updates and feedback regarding request volumes and operational issues.

• Perform general administrative and processing duties as required.

Requirements:
