Millennium Hotels is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead our Abu Dhabi marketing activities. You will be responsible for shaping and executing campaigns across multiple channels, driving leads, and managing relationships with corporate clients. This role requires a strategic marketer who can manage a team, deliver measurable results, and represent the brand in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels for the Abu Dhabi property.
- Manage client relationships and drive lead generation efforts including follow-up and coordination with sales teams.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 7–10 marketing and sales professionals to meet targets and KPIs.
- Develop creative strategies, promotional calendars, and partnerships to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to optimize marketing spend and tactics.
- Coordinate with operations and sales to ensure seamless delivery of promotions and client events.
Requirements:
- Based in the UAE and available to work in Abu Dhabi.
- Proficiency in Arabic (speaking and writing) is required.
- Strong knowledge of modern marketing strategies, tools, and performance measurement.
- Proven experience in client management, lead generation, and campaign execution.
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
