We are hiring a Retail Marketing Manager

For a multi-award-winning global fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate based in Dubai, UAE, with operations across the GCC.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and improve customer engagement in retail stores
• Manage promotions, events, advertising campaigns, and in-store displays
• Analyze data and make informed decisions to continuously improve marketing efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including store operations and visual merchandising, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and customers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously look for new and innovative ways to improve marketing efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in retail marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and project management abilities
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools
• Understanding of retail industry trends and best practices
