Role Overview:
Brand Hub FZC is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join our on-site team in Sharjah. The role focuses on planning and delivering marketing campaigns that build brand recognition for baby and mother care products across the Middle East, driving engagement and lead generation across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to baby & mother care audiences.
- Build and manage influencer and partner relationships across the Middle East, coordinating collaborations and content partnerships.
- Manage social media campaigns — create briefs, oversee content execution, and drive engagement among parents and caregivers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and inform marketing strategy.
- Support events and promotional activities including expos and in-store activations.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular analysis and reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally within FMCG, retail, or baby & mother care brands.
- Proven experience with influencer engagement and partnerships in the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and creative skills.
