Now Hiring: Point of Contact (POC) for Amazon Warehouse
SDS Delivery Services is currently looking for a Logistics Supervisor to manage and oversee delivery fleet operations within one of Amazon’s main warehouse facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivery operations and excellent team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily delivery operations and monitor rider performance effectively
• Oversee attendance, route distribution, and shift scheduling to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate directly with Amazon’s warehouse teams to maintain timely dispatch and delivery flow
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, delivery metrics, and performance records
• Maintain rider discipline and team motivation through effective leadership
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new delivery staff
• Ensure all activities comply with Amazon’s operational policies and safety standards
• Facilitate communication between riders, warehouse management, and company leadership
Experience & Skills Required:
✅ Minimum 1–2 years of logistics or delivery management experience (Amazon or similar experience preferred)
✅ Strong team management and leadership skills
✅ Excellent communication and reporting abilities
✅ Familiarity with key delivery performance indicators (KPIs)
✅ Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
✅ Basic computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
💰 Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 depending on qualifications and experience
