A well-established organization based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling logistics activities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee supply chain activities, ensuring smooth movement of goods from dispatch to final delivery
• Arrange transportation, monitor shipments, and ensure all deliveries are completed within the required timelines
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with UAE customs regulations
• Identify and resolve logistics-related issues or delays in an efficient and timely manner
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Good knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and UAE customs requirements
• Strong organizational skills along with the ability to solve problems effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately
