We are looking for Logistics Assistant who will be working on Logistics coordination task for inbound and outbound shipments. The candidate will ensure a smooth and fast logistics process as well as supporting the local teams, logistics and warehouse with their daily operations. This position needs a candidate who will be responsible of secured and accurate documentations and shipments procedures with no room for error as much as possible.
- Has experience and knowledge in Logistics Import & Export, Customs and FTA
- Able to handle and coordinate Incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistics pathways.
- Coordinate with warehouse, forwarder, and supply chain teams.
- Maintain a regular daily and weekly follow up with inbound and outbound shipments to avoid unnecessary issues and error.
- Execute logistics plan to move the goods and products to reach destination on schedule.
- Review freight rates and other transportation cost to keep working on a low cost.
- Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements and arranging for services, as necessary.
- Preparing and coordinating with the shipping documents making sure that the consignee details are correct.
- Performing other logistics duties as requested

- Should be able to multitask and work independently and flexible with the working hours.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business Management related course
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Documentation and Logistics field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
