Description:
Gardinia Contracting, part of Azizi Developments, is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join its construction team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in UAE high-rise building projects and a strong understanding of modern surveying techniques and construction site practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate site surveys, setting out construction works, and supporting project teams throughout the execution of large-scale developments. Candidates with expertise in surveying equipment and AutoCAD will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site surveying activities for high-rise construction projects.
• Perform setting out, level checks, coordinate verification, and as-built surveys.
• Operate surveying equipment to ensure accurate measurements and layouts.
• Export and manage survey data using AutoCAD.
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure work is carried out according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams to support project execution.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor on UAE building projects.
• Proven experience working on high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Sokkia Total Station (Levels & Coordinates)
• Auto Level operations
• AutoCAD data export and construction drawings
• Ability to perform setting out, coordinate calculations, and as-built surveys.
• Good understanding of UAE construction site practices.
