The organization is looking for a skilled and experienced Data Developer to take ownership of its data platform, including architecture, development, and ongoing maintenance. This role is critical in building scalable, reliable, and high-performance data systems that support business intelligence, analytics, and AI-driven products.
The position requires collaboration across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient data flow and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping data strategy within an AI-first engineering environment where advanced tooling is integrated into daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the company’s data warehouse, data pipelines, and system integrations
• Design, develop, and maintain both batch and real-time data pipelines
• Improve existing data architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance
• Build and manage data models that support AI and machine learning applications
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve data accessibility
• Communicate data architecture and modeling strategies to cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement system improvements
• Support development of scalable frameworks for analytics and business intelligence
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, data lakes, or data warehouse environments
• Strong experience with tools such as Databricks, Iceberg, or Snowflake
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Airflow and Spark
• Experience building scalable data pipelines using distributed systems like Spark or Flink
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EKS, MSK, and MWAA is preferred
• Experience with dbt, Snowflake, and AI/ML data pipeline development is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams effectively
