Description:
Air Q Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Counsel to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for early-career legal professionals looking to gain valuable in-house legal experience while supporting a growing organization across employment, contract, and corporate legal matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Operations, and Management teams to provide legal support, review documentation, and assist with contract administration. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing employment-related agreements and legal documents
• Support the preparation and review of commercial contracts and service agreements
• Review non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and other contractual documents
• Provide legal support to HR, Operations, and Management teams
• Assist with legal research and interpretation of relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain legal records, documentation, and contract databases
• Identify potential legal risks and support compliance initiatives
• Assist with internal policy reviews and contractual matters when required
Requirements:
• LLB or Bachelor of Laws degree
• 0–3 years of relevant legal experience
• Knowledge of employment law and contract drafting
• Experience reviewing or preparing NDAs, service agreements, and commercial contracts
• Strong written English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of:
• Employment law and workplace regulations
• Contract drafting and legal documentation
• Commercial agreements and compliance procedures
• Legal research and document management
