We are seeking experienced Legal Professional for a dynamic import-export finance facilitation company in UAE.
Job Location: Business Bay – Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on import-export operations
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Drafting Legal Notices and settlement agreements
- Interpreting laws, rulings and regulations related to UAE Civil Laws
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Represent the company in negotiations
- Manage the company’s legal risks
Requirements:
- LLB or LLM
- 3+ years’ experience as Legal Counsel
- Strong understanding of UAE commercial law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English mandatory and Arabic would be an advantage
