Description:
A company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior IT Support professional to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with GCC experience who are passionate about providing technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment.
The successful candidate will provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT infrastructure, and assist users with daily technology-related requirements. Applicants who are currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level IT support to end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Assist in maintaining computer systems, networks, and IT equipment.
• Support user account management, email configuration, and password resets.
• Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Document IT issues, solutions, and technical support activities.
• Assist with additional IT-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in an IT support role.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and computer hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of:
