Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Product Owner for E-commerce website that has a sharp business mind and a proven ability to manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with outstanding experience in managing a staff of different disciplines as well as vendors to produce results in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage the relationship with the client, third parties/vendors, and all stakeholders.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Use and continually develop leadership skills.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.

Qualifications

• Masters’ or bachelor’s degree in computer.
• PMP certification is required.
• Agile certification is strongly preferred (PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM).
• Proven 7-10 years of Project Management experience.
• Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods.
• Prior experience in setting up project management policies and procedures for the department is highly regarded
