The Junior / Integration Manager will be responsible for handling technical integration support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using logs, data outputs, and system reports
• Provide clear and concise explanations of issues based on client feedback

• Communicate solutions clearly and document findings using internal tools

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
